Q: These are sets of 4. Why are you pricing them as singles?
A: So that customers may buy the right number of tags with them. 
    also so that it will be easier to figure out your budget.
Q: Tags? Do you mean the one's shown in the picture? (If applicable?)
A: No if the picture shows a Thank you tag on it then that one cannot be
   personalized (Unless it shows Names and a Date on it). The options below
   would be for an additional tag that can be personalized with the information
   you desire. 
Q: Okay so how do I enter the quantities?
A: Simple! Just enter them in sets of 4 ie 4,8,12 if the picture shows 
   different colors you will get one complete set when you order this way.
Q: If I need a odd number can I break up a set?
A: No I am sorry, we cannot break up the sets.
