SHIPPING Our products
are shipped from
various parts of the country. We will process your order in the most
efficient timely manner. We aim at shipping your order in under 48
hours but we use a policy of 3-5 days for items that maybe special
order or shipped from outside the country, unless otherwise noted in the
listing. If you order more than 1
product it may come from various locations of our factories so please
do not be alarmed, we are fully aware of your full order. If after a
few weeks something has not arrived then contact us, so that we can
check on that for you. We are more than willing to discuss your order
with you. All personalized items can take up to 4 weeks for personalization, most items normally are personalized in one week. We can not refund personalized items. No exceptions.
Normally all packages will arrive within 7 days of each other. Normal shipping time is 3-5 business days for processing (this excludes weekends/holidays) and add an additional 7-10 days for economy shipping. If you need it sooner than that please contact us via email. Our representatives will estimate cost and charge you accordingly. We estimate our ship cost to your total order at a percentage to get you the most reliable shipping and cost effective pricing. Expedited shipping is available at a extra fee, we will also try to eliminate as much as possible the processing days from a expedited order. If you are in need of a item in under 6 days you must contact us by email helpvioletsea@gmail.com
Some Items can be shipped with Expedited Shipping - This can
be done by Contacting Us first! We will give you a price quote and you
note to agree to the terms in the note section when you complete your
order.
Please let us know if you have any further questions, for any specific product you can always check your ship cost by putting it into your cart and pressing our ship estimator.
We only have a return policy for merchandise that is damaged, defective or misrepresented; which has to be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. We do not accept petal orders back because of timing issues, it is is the customers responsibility to leave a 2-3 week window open for a safe processing and delivery time. Unless requesting expedited mail. We do aim for a shorter window but we can not guarantee it.Please note: petals are subject to change due to dye lots without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All wedding items may have similar manufacturing differences again we aim at changing all pictures to match the change. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the petals in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
Refunds
are for the
cost of the items only and do NOT include shipping and handling
charges. Any return received with missing items or without original
packaging will not be credited.
Procedure to Initiate a Return Please login to your account on our website and follow the instructions provided. Return must be received within 14 days of initiating RMA. You will have 7 days from your delivery date to initiate a RMA. We will only again accept a refund if it is defective merchandise. We will not be able to take back most wedding items since they are one time use items, as well most are shipped from specialized warehouses so we can provide our customers with the largest wedding selection. Since many items are custom shipped to your specifications they can not be returned. Send us an email to helpvioletsea@gmail.com with this on the subject line "RMA Request - Order #1234 o (If you never received a product "ITEM NOT RECEIVED - ORDER #1234" ). In the body of the email explain in detail how your order falls within our guidelines for a RMA. Management will review your request and will reply with a RMA # or a explanation of denial. All item(s) must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to assure we receive your package. Any orders returned with out any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Please note : Should management approve any item returned that falls outside the normal return guidelines, there will be a minimum 15% handling charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please double check that you have included all of the product and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. We can not accomodate for returns due to color variatins issues barring a mistake in color due to varying monitors to represent the proper color from your order.
